A HOME ISN'T JUST A HOUSE...

When most think of a house, they think of somewhere to live. Where to go to bed, eat meals, watch tv and to store belongings.

However to some, a house has meaning, much more than just a place to reside. To them a house isn't just a house. It’s a home. It's a lifetime of memories, rooms full of treasures, walls echoing laughter, a yard with trees planted with thought, and sentiment. Fences built, roads paved, ponds filled, grass and flowers put into place without contemplation of a next home.

Sometimes life doesn't always pan out as planned, and the house, once thought to be built to live in forever, is no longer.

I spent some time with this wonderful family, on this amazing property, to help capture 30 years of memories in just a few hours. It's sad to think that these beautiful grounds, that are home to a 50 foot Willow tree amongst many others planted by this family in the past30 years, may soon be leveled for condos.

Next time you drive by a clear cut lot, consider that at one time it could have been someplace special for someone... I know I will!

I am sure that this family will once again find a wonderful place to call home, and fill the walls with many more laughs and memories.
