A fabulous evening was had by all, at the swanky hot spot
“George” in Yaletown.
Film Robot’s Christmas party was the reason behind all the
bling, dresses, and suits that were being sported. The night was filled with great wines and fabulous finger foods
including the always scrumptious canape's, and a great little treat, individual fish and chip boxes.
Throughout the evening tickets were being sold for great
give always including cases of
wine, hockey tickets, fantastic gift baskets and believe it or not even a
trip. |

          Have you ever walked past someone or something that triggered a sense, a smell, a memory? The smell of coconut always brings me back to Hawaii! A magical place, beautiful beaches, palm trees, grass skirts and tropical drinks (of course)! Driving around the island there were so many beautiful places to see! It truly is amazing* * I want to share some of the magical sights that we were so fortunate to have experienced and seen. It's strange, but every time I look at these pictures, I think of pineapple, coconuts, and crave macadamian nuts. |

  On Friday night, the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel was the perfect setting for a fabulous event calledDISH AND DAZZLE. This year the British Columbia Hospitality Foundation and Wines of Chile partnered up to make it a night to remember.
Many fabulous restaurants from the Vancouver Foodie scene were also represented, and were showcasing lil tasters whipped up by the brilliant minds behind their food....what amazing chefs!
I'm glad to report I had the pleasure of taking part in Dish and Dazzle. I learned of some fantastic
wineries producing beautiful wines, and sampled much of what those great chefs were whipping up. |
