When most think of a house, they think of somewhere to
live. Where to go to bed, eat meals, watch tv and to
store belongings.
However to some, a house has
meaning, much more than just a place to reside.
To them a house isn't just a
house. It’s a home. It's a lifetime of
memories, rooms full of treasures, walls echoing
laughter, a yard with trees planted with thought, and
sentiment. Fences built, roads paved, ponds filled, grass and
flowers put into place without contemplation of a next
home. |

           The beauty of hanging out with children, is being able to let all of your cares and worries go out the window. There is nothing sweeter than hearing a child laugh, a giggle, a joke, a story that is all mixed up. Spending time with this fabulous family was so much fun. The kids were a riot, being the little monkeys they should be. They were laughing, joking, running and climbing, and that's what made this shoot so much fun. And having a mom and dad that likes to laugh just as much as they do, is wonderful to see. My camera loved them...there was so many smiles it was hard to choose which to share! |

 Full circle, and then some...Many moons ago I
witnessed this amazing couple get married. And 15 years later we are back to the same place. However, their two beautiful daughters made this
recent shoot picture perfect! As you can see, lots of laughs made for some fantastic candid moments. The old cliche "every picture tells a story" is oh so true, judging by the film from this day!
This family is dear to my heart. They are
funny, loving, and such genuine people, and this really comes across in
these shots. |

Manning Park was the perfect backdrop for these
lil snow monkeys to show us what a winter wonderland is all about.
